Amis Culinary Director, Brad Spence pits his homestyle Italian cooking up against the authentic Szechuan cuisine of Han Dynasty's own, Han Chiang.

Both chefs will be challenged to use the secret ingredients to create a delicious four-course meal for the judges - YOU!
